Diet nutrition When dieting it is very essential that you select the foods that are commonly consumed. Do not introduce totally new or unfamiliar foods as it may be difficult to accept. Gradually decrease the food intake as drastic changes are difficult to accept. Consume small portions of foods within shorter gaps rather than large amounts of foods. If you consume high caloric foods once while dieting, do not panic as it can be balanced by consuming raw vegetable salads or fruits.
Avoid high caloric foods like carbonated beverages, ice creams, cakes and pastries and sweets.
Cut down on animal foods, prefer plant foods. Avoid alcohol, refined carbohydrates or animal fats. Have a good night sleep. Concentrate while eating and keep a pleasant environment while having food.

Sandwiches made with raw vegetables and low fat spread and brown bread Porridges made with skimmed milk, fruit or fruit juice, a glass of skimmed milk, Sprouted salads or boiled corn salad with baked vegetables, Soups made with colored vegetable, roasted peanuts in moderate amounts, less amount of rice, whole wheat pancakes without fat added and mixed vegetable and pulse preparation.Fibre biscuits, shouffles made with egg white.
Avoid processed foods, rely on natural foods. Add tastemakers like lemon juice, back salt or tamarind to enhance the taste.
